在进大学前，大家一定都有这样的紧张心情：

Steph：Before I came to university in perceptions that was going to be really big and skating.

“在我进入大学之前，我以为我在这里将会遇到非常大的困难。"

Merle：I quickly realized that everybody else was in the same boat. Everybody else was as nervous as I was. 

“我很快意识到所有人都在同一条船上，其他人都和我一样紧张。”

不要担心！UWS是不会让自己的学生感到迷茫的！进入大学后，学长学姐们在这里感受了家一般的温馨，尽管身处异国他乡，但家的温暖从不缺席！

Franklin jacob：And it feels like home already. 

“感觉就像家一样。”

Toby：It feels very relaxed. It's very dynamic and engaged environment. 

“感觉很放松，这是一个充满活力和高参与度的环境。”

Merle：It's very friendly very happy place to be.

“这是一个非常友好，非常快乐的地方！”

Boglarka：I have met lots of new people and made really really good friend.

“我认识了很多新朋友，交了很多非常非常好的朋友。”

在对的地方遇见对的人，有趣的灵魂终会相遇，在UWS认识的志同道合的朋友，亲切友好的老师，都会使你进步，这是你在UWS学习生涯中一笔宝贵的财富！

Franklin jacob：My lecturers are very friendly and very approachable.

“我的讲师非常平易近人。”

Toby：To take a very keen interest in how you're doing. 

“对自己所做的事情抱有高度的热情。”

Boglarka：I know that I can talk to them about anything.

“我知道我可以和他们谈任何事情。”

Steph： No question is a stupid question  

“所有人提出的问题都不是愚蠢的问题。”

在UWS读书，怎么可以错过美奂绝仑的风景呢？在佩斯利小镇，就有许许多多美丽而又充满神秘感的旅游景点，学习之余邀上三两好友，去享受这片土地带给你的馈赠，这简直是我能想到的最美好的事！

Boglarka：Scotland is a beautiful country the people are really welcoming and friendly

“苏格兰是一个美丽的国家，人民非常热情友好。”

Toby：Place itself is only ten minutes away from Glasgow central. So you've got a very easy route into the main city.

“这里离格拉斯哥中心只有十分钟的路程，所以你可以很容易地到达一些主要城市。”

Boglarka：I have visited a few places such as Loch Lomond and Ayr Edinburgh 

“我去过一些地方，比如罗蒙湖和艾尔·爱丁堡。”

Toby：Being soon into the airport and so other transport links is all as well it’s been incredibly convenient

“这里很快就能到达机场， 其他的交通线路也都十分便利。”

Franklin jacob：The equipment and facilities that abusing the campus are totally industrial quality industrial standard and it makes me feel more ready and more highly competitive to go into the industry and start my career 

“校园内的设备设施完全达到工业质量标准的级别，UWS让我感觉自己更有准备并具备超高的竞争优势，踏入我的职业生涯道路。”

Toby：Employability really is the core of the majority of the courses.

“就业能力的培养真的是大多数课程的核心。 ”

Merle：I would say the main skills I developed throughout the years are time management and discipline, group work. So working within a team and interpersonal skills and I would say those skills are definitely skills I can use in whatever career I'm going to get into.

“我想说这些年来，我提升的主要技能是时间管理，遵守纪律以及团队合作。所以，在团队工作中培养的这些人际交往技能，绝对是我将来从事任何职业可以使用的。”
